(افعالی که بعدشون یه جمله با کلمه‌ی پرسشی مثل what, where, why و... میاد)

این یکی از اون موضوع‌هایی هست که خیلی وقتا تو جمله‌سازی، سوال پرسیدن غیرمستقیم، فکر کردن، صحبت درباره‌ی مسیر، تصمیم و... استفاده می‌شه.
با این درس، قراره خیلی راحت و ریشه‌ای این گرامر رو یاد بگیری.

🧠 اول اصلاً بدونیم wh-clause یعنی چی؟

یه wh-clause با یکی از این کلمات شروع می‌شه:

• 🔹 what
• 🔹 where
• 🔹 when
• 🔹 who
• 🔹 why
• 🔹 how
• 🔹 which
• 🔹 whether (گاهی)

اما اینجا سوال نیست، بلکه یه بخش از جمله‌ست!

✅ تفاوت سؤال با wh-clause

سوال مستقیم:
Where is my phone? ➝ گوشی‌م کجاست؟

wh-clause:
I don’t know where my phone is. ➝ نمی‌دونم گوشی‌م کجاست.

💬 ساختار کلی:

فاعل + فعل + wh-clause

• I don’t know what he wants.
• She explained how the machine works.
• We found out why he was upset.

🔵 افعالی که می‌تونن با wh-clause بیان

افعال: know, understand, wonder, remember, learn, explain, forget, decide, discover, find out, tell, ask

✴️ مثال‌ها:

• I don’t know what she means. ➝ نمی‌دونم منظورش چیه.
• He explained how he solved the problem. ➝ او توضیح داد چطور مشکل رو حل کرده.
• She remembered where she had left her bag. ➝ یادش اومد کیفش رو کجا گذاشته بود.
• We found out why they were angry. ➝ فهمیدیم چرا عصبانی بودن.

🟣 ترکیب wh-clause با to-infinitive

ساختار: wh-word + to + verb

مثال‌ها:

• I don’t know what to do. ➝ نمی‌دونم چیکار کنم.
• Can you show me how to open this? ➝ می‌تونی نشونم بدی چطور اینو باز کنم؟
• She asked where to go for dinner. ➝ او پرسید برای شام کجا بریم.
• We haven’t decided when to leave yet. ➝ هنوز تصمیم نگرفتیم کی بریم.

🔶 افعال نیازمند مفعول قبل از wh-clause

افعال: tell, remind, show, teach, inform, advise

• She told me what happened. ➝ او بهم گفت چی شده بود.
• He taught us how to swim. ➝ اون بهمون یاد داد چطور شنا کنیم.
• They showed me where to park. ➝ اون‌ها بهم نشون دادن کجا پارک کنم.

🟢 wh-clause با فعل ask

• I asked what time it was. ➝ پرسیدم ساعت چنده.
• She asked how to get to the bank. ➝ پرسید چطور بره بانک.
• He asked where she was going. ➝ پرسید کجا داره می‌ره.

⚪ wh-clause با whether

• I wonder whether she will come or not. ➝ نمی‌دونم آیا میاد یا نه.
• He hasn’t decided whether to stay or leave. ➝ تصمیم نگرفته بمونه یا بره.

تفاوت:
✔ I didn’t know whether the shop was open. ➝ نمی‌دونستم باز بود یا نه.
✔ I haven’t decided whether to go. ➝ تصمیم نگرفتم که برم یا نرم.

علی تازه سال اول دانشگاهش رو شروع کرده بود.
در روز اول، نمی‌دونست کجا بره، با کی صحبت کنه یا چی بیاره.
از یکی از کارکنان پرسید چطور بره کلاس، و اون شخص با مهربونی راهو بهش نشون داد.
در طول کلاس، نمی‌فهمید استاد درباره چی داره حرف می‌زنه، اما سعی کرد یادداشت برداره.
بعد از کلاس، از یه دانشجوی دیگه پرسید که آیا چیزی فهمیده یا نه.
اون دانشجو گفت: «راستش، من حتی نمی‌دونم که این درس رو ادامه بدم یا نه!»
علی خندید و جواب داد: «خب، حداقل الان می‌دونم دفعه‌ی بعد که گم شدم باید از کی بپرسم!»
