Present Perfect Continuous and Present Perfect
📌 چی هست؟
برای کاری که از گذشته شروع شده و تا الان ادامه داشته یا تازه تموم شده و اثرش هنوز هست.
🧱 ساختار:
فاعل + have/has + been + فعل + ing
- I have been studying for three hours.
سه ساعته دارم درس میخونم. - She has been cooking since morning.
از صبح داره آشپزی میکنه. - You look tired. Have you been working out?
خسته به نظر میرسی. داشتی ورزش میکردی؟
📌 چی هست؟
برای کاری که در گذشته انجام شده ولی اثر یا نتیجهش هنوز هست یا زمانش مهم نیست.
🧱 ساختار:
فاعل + have/has + قسمت سوم فعل (past participle)
- I have finished my homework.
تکالیفمو تموم کردم. - She has visited London twice.
دو بار لندن رفته. - He has broken his leg.
پاش شکسته (و هنوز اثرش هست)

🔸 وقتی نتیجه مهمه:
I have cleaned the kitchen.
آشپزخونه رو تمیز کردم. (الان تمیزه)
🔸 وقتی روند انجام کار مهمه:
I have been cleaning the kitchen for an hour.
یک ساعته دارم آشپزخونه رو تمیز میکنم.
- I have lived here since 2010.
از ۲۰۱۰ اینجا زندگی کردهام. - I have been living here for 13 years.
سیزده ساله که اینجا دارم زندگی میکنم.
برخی فعلها حالتدار هستن (مثل know, like, believe, understand) و نمیتونیم با حالت استمراری بیاریم:
❌ I’ve been knowing her for years.
✅ I’ve known her for years.
سالهاست که میشناسمش.
- Who’s been using my computer?!
کی داشته از لپتاپم استفاده میکرده؟ - You have been eating chocolate again, haven’t you?
باز هم شکلات خوردی، آره؟
He’s broken his leg.
(شکستگی مهمه؛ الان نمیتونه راه بره.)
He’s been breaking things all day.
(روند شکستن چیزا مهمه؛ مثلاً بچهی بازیگوش بوده.)
Present Perfect:
Prices have gone up this year.
قیمتها امسال بالا رفته.
Present Perfect Continuous:
Prices have been going up lately.
قیمتها اخیراً دارن بالا میرن.
Workers have been calling for the manager’s resignation.
کارگرا بارها درخواست استعفا دادن.
Workers have called a meeting.
یه جلسه گذاشتن.
